What is one of your key items for this upcoming Spring/Summer 13 season?
We have a great style this season that combines pastel jewels, metallic sequins, and beads.
Where do you draw inspiration from?
We shop trends and people watch all over the world, drawing inspiration from things like the sharp angles of an asymmetrical stone on a necklace, or the bright, vivid colors of a fl amenco dancer’s skirt.
How do you start the design process when creating a new collection?
We start each season studying trends by researching online, shopping locally and shopping internationally.
What do you think will draw retailers to your collection this upcoming season?
Retailers will be drawn to our unique embellishments, interesting material combinations and color.
If you could dress a celebrity who you feel fits your product image, who would it be and why?
We would love to dress Carrie Underwood. She’s fun, feminine, versatile, down to earth, and someone to whom our customer could relate.
What is your personal fashion philosophy?
“Fashion should be fun.”

Three essentials during market week are embellishments, color, and iridescence.
