What’s your favorite part about conceptualizing a new design?
My favorite part is finding the one inspiring component and running with it. This spring my collection is accented with the most beautiful Swarovski flowers. Every time I look at them I think of an enchanted garden and smile!
From where do you draw inspiration?
I draw inspiration from the everyday woman. I try and come up with new, fresh pieces that are easy to wear for a mother but stylish enough for a fashionista.
How do you personally stay up-to-date with fashion?
I am constantly reading magazines and perusing fashion websites. I also try and speak to as many different kinds of women as I can and ask them what they are lacking in their jewelry box.
What do you think will draw retailers to your collection this upcoming season?
This season is all about bright, bold colors that are tied into Romantic silhouettes. Every piece makes a statement but is screaming to be layered as well. We have also worked extremely hard to be price-conscious for our customers.
Who or what has been your greatest fashion influence?
My greatest fashion influence has been the “Old Hollywood Glamour” movies from the 40s – 60s that I would watch with my grandmother. All the women from Hepburn to Taylor were always immaculate and adorned with the most beautifully crafted jewelry.
